Transatlantic dialog in Freiburg since 1952!
To mark its 70th anniversary, the German-American institute in Freiburg, Germany, aka the Carl-Schurz-Haus, invites you to a four-day festival. U.S. Ambassador to Germany, Dr. Amy Gutmann, will ceremoniously kick things off on Thursday, October 13 followed by an exhibition opening on Friday entitled Hometown by photographer Barbara Peacock. On Saturday, October 15, we will host several transatlantic talks in a "Pop-Up Think Tank".
Finally, on Sunday, an exciting program for the whole family awaits you with live music and many interactive activities.
