Educational Advising Centers in Germany
There are a number of educational advising centers in Germany which can be called or visited. If you are a student, we recommend your contacting your own university or college advising service (Akademisches Auslandsamt). Rulings on visa issues can only be made by your local Consulate or the Department of Immigration and Naturalisation Service (INS) local to where you intend to be in the U.S. General and in some cases detailed information on visas, courses of study, internships, Au Pair and High School programs, etc., can be obtained from the following centers. Please note that some of these centers charge for some of their services and all of them expect postage for materials to be prepaid. Please contact your nearest center. Our center in Freiburg gives preference to inquiries from Baden-Württemberg from the Swiss border to Baden-Baden.
